This podcast unapologetically centers the voices of trans & gender nonconforming (TGNC) entrepreneurs, emerging business owners, and activists. We connect movement workers, business owners, and other partners to support real change in the world. We also feature cisgender allies who collaborate with trans people.
MEET DANIELA "DANI" CAPISTRANO

Daniela "Dani" Capistrano (They/Them) is the founder & CEO of DCAP MEDIA LLC and is LGBTBE® certified through the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC).
As DCAP MEDIA, Dani is an alum of the inaugural Nike Academy for diverse suppliers in 2022, the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, the digitalundivided BREAKTHROUGH program, the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Emerging Leaders Program, the Go.Be. Level Up! program, and the Fund 17 Be The Boss Accelerator program.
Dani identifies as a queer & trans non-binary latinx storyteller, LGBTQ+ activist, entrepreneur, co-parent, survivor of childhood & adulthood sexual abuse and domestic abuse trauma, economic justice advocate, Fund 17 board member, and founder & chief curator of POC Zine Project. They did not go to business school and do not come from generational wealth.
This podcast is their experiment documenting their journey as queer & trans activist who is also a business owner, while sharing resources with others through the podcast, newsletter, website content, free & sliding scale educational products & services, and co-branded programming with a diverse range of partners (launching Fall 2023).
Dani is building this community platform in public and will add a news & resources section to this website in Summer 2023.
